Easy Mandarin Orange Cheesecake Recipe

This is my favorite cheesecake recipe. The result is a dessert that is especially rich and creamy. It’s so good, in fact, that even when entertaining only a few dinner guests, I make at least two since people invariably come back for seconds. Plus, I like to have a little left over to enjoy the next day.

To be totally honest, though, I sometimes make this dessert simply because I’m in the mood to be self-indulgent and cheesecake has always been one of my preferred comfort foods. There’s just something about sinking my teeth into a slice of moist, luscious cheesecake that makes me feel good all over.
